Purpose of the festival: to present, to promote and to keep the national and international local specific gastronomic and cultural traditions alive.

Participants of the festival will be teams of four members, for which the accommodation and meal is provided by the organizers during the following period: 20-22 february 2009.

Participation fee: 150 Euro/team.
